Formation of Singapore Companies & Corporate Services

JT assist in the formation of Businesses and Companies in an EASY and AFFORDABLE means. We will prepare ALL the necessary documents for the Business or Company Registration in Singapore on your behalf without any HASSLE. First and foremost there is NO HIDDEN COST; it will be transparent to you.

You will need to provide the following information to JT for the Business or Company Registration:

  • Sole-Proprietor Registration:

    1. Local Resident Owner’s personal particulars (must be 18 years old Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residence)
    2. Proposed Business Name (at least 2 names)
    3. Business Activity/ies (maximum 2 business activities)
    4. Singapore Registered Office Address

      ** JT does provide the Singapore Registered Office Address if required (please refer to Singapore Registered Office Address Service

    5. Corporate Bank Name
    6. Bank Account Currency Type
    7. Bank Signatory
    8. Bank Signatory Arrangement
  • Processes and time-line:

    1) For Name Application and business registration, we will need to check if the name is available. If it is, we will proceed with the registration of business. The approval is within the same day or the next working day.

    2) Upon receiving the application approval from ACRA, we will receive the Business Profile. We will then email it to you.

    4) We will check on your availability and will arrange a Bank Representative Manager from either OCBC Bank or Standard Chartered Bank to come over to our office for opening of your corporate bank account. For other banks, you will need to go down to the branch personally to open a corporate bank account.

    Sole-Proprietor Registration package will include:

    1. Business Name Check and Reservation
    2. Business Activity/Activities Check
    3. Registration of Sole-Proprietor 
    4. Registration Fee payable to ACRA $65.00
    5. Company Business Profile payable to ACRA $3.30
    6. One Round Pre-Inking Stamp
    7. Stationery, phone calls and postage

  • Limited Liabilities Partnership (LLP) Registration:
    1. Local Resident Partners’ personal particulars (must be 18 years old Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residence)
    2. Proposed Business Name (at least 2 names)
    3. Business Activity/ies (maximum 2 business activities)
    4. Singapore Registered Office Address
      ** JT do provide the Singapore Registered Office Address if required (please refer to Singapore Registered Office Address Service)
    5. Corporate Bank Name
    6. Bank Account Currency Type
    7. Bank Signatory
    8. Bank Signatory Arrangement

    Processes and time-line:

    1) For Name Application, ACRA will decide if the application needs to be referred to another authority for approval or comments. This will take about 14 days to 2 months. If the name is not being referred, the approval is within 15 minutes - 1 day on the day of application.

    2) Upon receiving the name application approval from ACRA, we will prepare the necessary documents for Partners to sign the next day for the Incorporation (must be a working day).

    3) On the same day of Incorporation, we will receive the Email Notification of Incorporation from ACRA (Business Registered Number) and Business Profile. We will then email it to you.

    4) We will arrange a Bank Representative Manager from either OCBC Bank or Standard Chartered Bank to come over to our office for opening of your corporate bank account on the same day of collection of your company documents. For other banks, you will need to go down to the branch personally to open a corporate bank account.

    LLP Registration package will include:

    • Business Name Check and Reservation
    • Business Activity/Activities Check
    • Registration of LLP
    • Name Application Fee payable to ACRA $15.00
    • Registration Fee payable to ACRA $150.00
    • Company Business Profile payable to ACRA $5.50

  • Private Limited Company Registration:

  • Local Resident Director’s personal particulars (must be 18 years old Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residence)

    ** JT is able to provide a nominee director if required (please refer to Fiduciary Service)

    • Shareholder’s personal particulars
    • Proposed Company Name (at least 2 names)
    • Company Business Activity/ies (maximum 2 business activities)
    • Issued Capital
    • Allotment of Shares among the Shareholder/s
    • Singapore Registered Office Address

    • Corporate Bank Name
    • Bank Account Currency Type
    • Bank Signatory
    • Bank Signatory Arrangement

    Processes and time-line:

    • 3 bound copies of M&AA (Memorandum and Articles of Association)
    • 3 copies of Company Business Profile
    • First Board Meeting
    • Resolution to open the bank account

    5) We will arrange a Bank Representative Manager from either OCBC Bank or Standard Chartered Bank to come over to our office for opening of your corporate bank account on the same day of collection of your company documents. For other banks, you will need to go down to the branch personally to open a corporate bank account.

    Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial package for Private Limited Company will include:

    1. Business Name Check and Reservation
    2. Business Activity/Activities Check
    3. Preparation of Registration Forms and M&AA
    4. Name Application Fee payable to ACRA $15.00
    5. Incorporation Registration Fee payable to ACRA $300.00
    6. Company Business Profile payable to ACRA $5.50
    7. Preparation of First Board Meeting
    8. Prepare Resolution to open Corporate Bank Account
    9. A Nominee Company Secretary, provision of local resident Company Secretary registered with ACRA for 12 months.
